This typical XIX century house was totally redesigned to be adequate to the modern life. It stands in the middle of the Tango´s quarter, San Telmo, only a few metres away from the Buenos Aires Foundation place, in front of the Historical Museum and the Lezama Park.

San Telmo:

This quarter, Historical Patrimony of the city, has a characteristic colonial charm. Its rich XIX century architecture belongs to the period when the highest society of Argentina inhabits in the southern of Buenos Aires.

No far from the property, the guest can find La Boca, today one of the more bohemian places of the city, that years ago was the colorful settlement of millions of European migrants that came to our marvelous country.

Close to the loft, is placed Puerto Madero. Its fantastic deposits and piers transformed in elegant business offices, lofts and high level restaurants.

On Sunday, in Plaza Dorrego, take place the famous flea market named Feria de San Telmo, where the visitor can find antiquities, rare objects and souvenirs, or watch tango dancers and clowns showing their magic art.

In front of our loft and surrounding Parque Lezama - in which the Museo Histórico Nacional stands, the colonial buildings was converted in pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, Tango´s houses, and antiquarians.

Close to: Bus stop, supermarket, Parking, Gymnasium, Tango Shows and Milongas, Museums, Coffee shops, Bars and restaurants.

Terms and Conditions: All the properties offered in our net are fully furnished and equipped with tableware, tablecloths, bedcloths and towels. The minimun stay to book is 3 (three) days, except in the properties that doesn´t show a fare per night. Our Enterprise books the period the guest requests, blocking the property when the guest pay the 50% of the total amount reserved. If the guest must cancel the booking before the 30 days previous to the arrival, the Enterprise will refund the 50% of the amount he payd. If the guest must cancel the booking during the 30 days previous to the arrival, the deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE. If the property has a trouble that obligate to the owner to cancel the booking, the Enterprise can a) suggest you another similar property, or b) Refund only the total deposit payd by the guest. The guest must inform us: Complete name, passport number and nationality,number of guests, home address, phone number, e-mail address, arrive date and time, and departure day and time. During the check in, owner or a representative will receive the guest at the property. They will sign the contract and the inventory of the equipment - the owner will explain the use of it - and he will give the keys to the guest. The passenger must pay the balance of the rental fee and the guarantee deposit. Guarantee deposit: 1 week rent - 1 week of guarantee deposit. 15 days rent - 15 days of guarantee deposit. 1 month rent or more - 1 month of guarantee deposit. Check out: Two days before of the end of the stay, the Enterprise will confirm the estimated time of departure, according with the guest an appointment, to have enough time to check the inventory and to refund correspondent guarantee deposit.</p> When the guests leave the property, it must be in the same order and clean conditions of the check in. The temporary rent contract can´t be protract. If the guest must continue renting the property, he has to request to our Enterprise as soon as possible. The rental payments are not refundable. If the guest books several months, the monthly payment or/and an special fare can be agree with the owner. The check in must be after 2 PM, and the check out must be before 10 AM, except special agreements. The owner deserves the admission right of persons or animals. The guest are obliged to inform, if necessary, the names and ages of the people that will stay. The lodge of more people the contract allows should be move out motive.
